You don't need to keep bumping an application, we read them all every day and look for possible candidates. It's okay for a friend to endorse you and leave a little paragraph as to why you'd be a good pick.. We <3 that, it helps give us more insight into you and how you interact with the community.. But for goodness sake, keep the topic.. On topic.

Just because you haven't been PMed or anything doesn't mean you aren't being considered. One thing I personally dislike is when people come to me asking why they haven't been hired. We have a server of 100~200 people.. Already have 6-7 GMs and enough developers for now.
